Morning
After enjoying a delightful breakfast onboard, we delve into the charming rural life of Opopel village, known for its stilted houses and Brahim cows finding shade beneath banana trees.
Visit a local family to gain insights into their lifestyle, followed by a trip to the nearby school to experience a typical Cambodian school day with the children.
Take a leisurely stroll through the village, capturing timeless moments with your camera. On the return journey to the cruise, we'll make a brief stop at the local monastery.
Lunch will be served onboard while the cruise departs for Wat Roka Kaong.
Afternoon
We continue our journey with Wat Roka Kaong (Wat KeoMoni Chort), a Temple complex with a rich history dating back to 1840 offering a captivating journey into its historical legacy.
Admire the temple complex, including the two Golden Buddhist Columns (53 meters tall) and the north temple called Preah Keo Preah Kor. Unfortunately, the south temple, Bak Sei Chamkrong, was damaged by a landslide in 2020.
