Policy
- Cancellation by Customer
- For cancellations of bookings, the following charges will apply:
- More than 180 days: 10% of the cruise price
- 61 to 180 days: 20% of the cruise price
- 31 to 60 days: 50% of the cruise price
- Less than 30 days: 100% of the cruise price
- Change of departure date or change of cabin type (downgrading from higher to lower category) allowed with the following conditions:
- At least 181 days before departure: no penalty
- Between 180 and 60 days before: a penalty equivalent to 20% of total cost per person will apply
- 60 days to 31 days: a penalty equivalent to 50% of total cost per person will apply
- No change allowed within 30 days from departure
Children Policy
- Children rate applies to children aged between 6 and 12 years. Maximum one child below 12 is allowed to share bedding with one parent at 60% of net rate per person (double occupancy sharing). Children under 6 years old are not advised on board for safety reasons.
- NOTES:
- - The rate for children applies to one child sharing cabin with two adults.
- - Full rate applies to the first child sharing one cabin with an adult.
- - Passengers under 18 years old are only allowed on board accompanied by a passenger who are over 18 years old. Victoria Mekong Cruises is not responsible for the safety of children on board. Parents are fully responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times

Morning & Afternoon
From ÊMM Hotel Saigon, located at 157 Pasteur Street, District 3, guests will be picked up to start the journey.
Saying goodbye to Ho Chi Minh City, on a coach, we head towards Can Tho, the vibrant heart of the Mekong Delta.
We make a delightful stop for lunch at the charming riverside town of Cai Be.
Around 16:00, board the Victoria Mekong Cruise at Victoria Can Tho Pier. Settle yourself on the ship as it sets sail towards Long Xuyen, offering breathtaking views of the sunset over the Hau River.
While the ship floats on water, you can help yourself with a sip of cocktail to relax.
Traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performance known as “Đờn Ca Tài Tử” will be performed, creating an enchanting atmosphere for the first afternoon.
Evening
As dusk comes, welcome dinner is served, marking the official commencement of your Victoria Mekong Cruise experience.
Various entertainment activities onboard are prepared by the staff and always available for guests to join.
Spend the night in the vicinity of Long Xuyen.
Morning
After breakfast, we go ashore to explore the real Long Xuyen Floating Market and the An Giang Museum, which features intriguing displays of the region's Kinh, Chinese, Khmer, and Cham civilizations.
During lunch, the ship continues sailing before anchoring near Tiger Island.
Afternoon
Arrive by sampan and tour Tiger Island by 3-wheeled "xe loi," stopping at small enterprises like plant pot and incense production. Visit Mr. Tiger's Temple and learn about the legend that gave the island its name.
Evening
Time’s up for touring, we return to the ship for the cocktail competition. Some evening's entertainment is open as the ship cruises to Vam Nao, where we will anchor and spend overnight in Tan Chau.
Morning
Kick off your day with an easy morning meal in Phu Tan, the Mekong Delta province seat of An Giang.
Following breakfast, we proceed to a craft town known for handcrafting Ca Rang clay stoves. Witness the excellent workmanship behind these centuries-old burners used by the southern Vietnamese.
While the ferry continues its voyage towards Tan Chau Island, you will have lunch on board. As we anchor near this unique area, an ever-changing panorama view will charm all the guests.
Afternoon
Embark on a sampan excursion to Tan Chau Island. This place provides tourists an opportunity to have a ride on a local rickshaw towards the provincial market and colorful temple.
Finishing an exciting ride, we set off on a sampan trip to Tan Chau Island. This location offers the chance to commute by local rickshaw to the local market and colorful temple.
Evening
Head back to the ship at an appointed hour for a cheerful traditional Vietnamese lion dance.
Soon after that, the day's final dinner will be provided.
Immerse yourself in the ship's entertainment as the evening progresses, which might vary from cultural performances to fascinating activities.

Spend the early morning checking out views from the Sky deck as the ship embarks on its route towards the Vietnam-Cambodia border.
Following a relaxed breakfast at the Claypot restaurant, you can choose from various onboard activities, such as a ship's tour or a mini-golf tournament.
Alternatively, simply relish the scenic beauty as we cross the border between Vietnam and Cambodia, continuing our voyage towards Phnom Penh.
Afternoon & Evening
We will reach the captivating capital of Phnom Penh in the late afternoon.
Prior to dinner, engage in a fascinating pre-dinner lecture about Cambodia and pick up some basic Khmer phrases.
We will stay overnight on board in the restful atmosphere of Phnom Penh.
Morning
Before disembarking at 09:00, we still have a last breakfast on the patio of Claypot Restaurant. The view for the morning break is wide open if you stand from the pool or your own balcony.
