Day 1 Hanoi Arrival - Street Food Walking Tour at Night

Morning

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, meet our guide, and transfer directly to your hotel in Hanoi to check in and rest.

NOTE: Hotel check-in time is 14:00. For guests who want to check in earlier, there will be a surcharge.

Afternoon/Evening

Have a rest then get ready for an interesting street food tour at night to try some of the most famous Vietnamese dishes.

17:30: You will meet your guide in front of Shinhan Bank, 14 Le Thai To Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, and start the walking trip:

Stroll through the historic Hanoi Old Quarter. Time to try some delicate food like some soup-based delicacies such as Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodles), Bun Thang (Rice Vermicelli Noodles with chicken and eggs), or Bun Bo Hue.

Enjoy some delectable Banh Cuon, often known as "Steamed Rice Rolls," and the world-wide famous Banh Mi.

Get a taste of local delicacies sold as snacks on the street, such as Nom Bo Kho (Dried Beef Salad), Nem Chua Ran (Fried Fermented Pork Roll), etc.

Soothe your stomach with a cup of Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee), which is a well-known local specialty.

Round off our tour of the Hanoi street food scene and return to your hotel.

Day 2 Hanoi City Tour by Mortobike

Morning/Afternoon (depending on the tour availability)

08:00: After breakfast, meet our tour guide at the hotel to start the Hanoi City Tour and explore its long-lasting culture on a motorcycle.

Travel to the historical Long Bien Bridge, a must-see destination. Here, you can take your time enjoying the view and shooting good pictures. 

Cross the iconic Chuong Duong Bridge, which is remarkable for being the first central bridge to be designed and constructed entirely by Vietnamese workers.

Continue to Hanoi Opera House, a signature project built by the French government in the early years of the 20th century

Drive to the beautiful and tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter and visit St. Joseph's Cathedral - a Roman Catholic cathedral built 120 years ago, inspired by Notre Dame de Paris.

Take a look at Hoa Lo Prison, which was used by the French colonists for political prisoners. 

The next stop is West Lake, considered to be the largest freshwater lake in Hanoi with many historical places of interest, one of which is Tran Quoc Pagoda - Vietnam's oldest religious structure on an island in the middle of the lake.

Visit Huu Tiep Lake and The B52, an important site where the Vietnamese military achieved a stunning victory during the Vietnam War. Additionally, you will observe the routines of the Hanoians by visiting a nearby market

Witness the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, which is a sacred place built to keep Ho Chi Minh’s body remaining after passing away.

Finish your sightseeing tour with authentic Vietnamese cuisine and enjoy Hanoi's fresh taste. Return to your hotel after that

Day 3 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise

Morning

Have breakfast and pack your luggage. 

Our driver will pick you up and head to Ha Long Bay with a 2-day cruise tour around a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty.

11:30 - 12:00: Arrive at the pier. The boat crew will warmly welcome you on board with a welcome drink.

Enjoy a seafood feast during lunch while admiring thousands of limestone islands that rise from crystal-clear water.

Afternoon

You’ll join various amusing activities such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or swimming in the cool sea.

17:30: Get back to the junk to relax. You can have fresh cocktails at the Sunset party or join a Vietnamese cooking class to make spring rolls.

Have a tasty dinner on board with many Vietnamese and International dishes. 

Stay overnight on the luxury cruise. Feel free to take part in various night activities such as squid fishing, and card games.

Day 4 Halong Bay - Hanoi - Fly to Da Nang - Hoi An + Street Food Tour at night

Morning 

Practice Tai-chi lessons in the early morning and witness the amazing sunrise. Then, enjoy your breakfast with tea and desserts.

The cruise takes you further into the bay to explore more caves for the last sightseeing tour. You may go kayaking or swimming, too.

Back to the main dock for transferring to Hanoi. Brunch will be served on the way.

11:00 - 12:00: Harbour arrival. Get in the car and go to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Da Nang.

Afternoon/ Evening

Arrive at Da Nang airport, our driver will wait for you and take you to the hotel in Hoi An to check in.

In the late afternoon, our guide will meet and lead you through small streets to local cafes, food stalls, markets, and restaurants, giving you a filling food adventure with many traditional dishes.

  • Banh Mi: a delicious and popular dish of the Vietnamese people, consists of 2 main parts: bread and filling. Filling typically consists of meats, vegetables, and condiments.
  • Cao Lau: Hoi An signature dry noodle, which is firmer and chewier than normal noodles with many different layers created by many toppings in one bowl.
  • Banh Beo: Vietnamese traditional steamed rice cake that is round, small, and thin. This is a popular snack among the residents of Hoi An.
  • Banh Khot: A round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg, and vegetables. A street vendor near Hoai Square will be an ideal place to try Banh Khot.
  • Balut: A very weird food that will challenge many food lovers, it's a little duck that still stays inside its eggshell. However, the taste is amazing!

End the trip with some fresh coffee then return to your hotel.

Day 5 Hoi An Cooking Class and Walking City Tour

Morning

08:00: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel by car or minivan. Now it’s time to have a trip to explore the countryside of Hoi An.

Stop for a visit at a local market along the way. Here, you can take a look at Hoi An’s vibrant and colorful lifestyle of the local people.

09:00: Take a round bamboo boat to the cooking school at Cam Thanh fishing village where you can witness local fishermen working as we paddle into the green coconut forest waterways to catch purple crabs, and take photos.

Then you can join the cooking class around 10:00. With the help of a chef, become familiar with the customary methods of preparing and cooking Vietnamese cuisine from the ground up.

Enjoy a tasty lunch with what you cooked. Then you can have a short rest.

Afternoon

Transfer back to central Hoi An, arriving at around 13:30

NOTE: Free pick up or drop off around Hoi An only. Free pick up in Da Nang

Time to get a short nap before going on a trip to wander through historic neighborhoods and past several historic sites of the Ancient Town with a local guide.

Stroll through the winding alleys that are located near the Thu Bon River and feel the timeless allure of Hoi An. 

Visit ancient monuments from other nations, like the Japanese Covered Bridge or the Fujian Assembly Hall of the Chinese. Both were built in the 17th century and become a symbol of the town.

Refresh with a street-side herbal drink, which is the best way to taste the authenticity of Hoi An after a walk.

Stop at a handicraft store, where you can directly see the creation of unique souvenirs in town and purchase some for yourself.

Say goodbye to the guide and get back to your hotel.

Day 6 Hoi An - Da Nang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh City

Morning

Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy your remaining time in the beautiful Hoi An. Then, transfer to Da Nang Airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Afternoon

Land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, where our driver will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel in the city center.

Check-in and be free to explore the city on your own, which is famous for its bustling and vibrant nightlife.

Day 7 Full day Cooking Class with Ho Chi Minh City tour

Morning

07:30: Start your tour at your hotel and arrive at HCM Agricultural Villages for a fun farming tour.

08:30: Visit the agricultural villages and walk around to explore the place. Here, you can take a look at the various areas of cow, buffalo, fish, prawn, chicken, and duck.

Head to the big herbs, spices, vegetables, and mushroom areas in the garden and become a real Vietnamese farmer in a traditional hat called “non la” and pick some ingredients for the next culinary class.

Participated in a Cooking Challenge at 10:00. Let’s practice your skill by cooking 3 dishes and 1 dessert, and enjoy what you made.

End the class with some certificates, recipes, and souvenirs from the instructor. You can give your emails and have a chance to update recipes monthly.

Afternoon

13:30: Get ready for a fantastic tour of the well-known attractions in Ho Chi Minh City:

Visit Cho Lon Market and Chinatown. This place has several authentic Chinese restaurants and many examples of classical Chinese architecture. Continue to discover the Great Temple.

Stop at the War Remnants Museum to learn realistically about the brutal effects of war in Vietnam and the crimes of the colonial army during the war.

Witness the outstanding Notre Dame Cathedral from the outside. All the building materials for Notre Dame Cathedral came from France. 

NOTE: The cathedral is not open for guests as it was renovated.

The last stop is the Central Post Office, which is considered the largest post office in Vietnam and a great example of French architecture.

17:30: End trip. Go back to the hotel after an active day.

Day 8 Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc

Morning

Free at leisure to explore the city until the driver takes you to the airport to fly to Phu Quoc.

Afternoon

After arriving at Phu Quoc airport, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and rest.

You will have time for yourself for the rest of the day. Take this chance to go to the gorgeous beaches of this pearl island.

Day 9 Phu Quoc Free day

Fulfill your energy with breakfast at the hotel.

Don’t miss the chance to witness the spectacular sunset on this stunning island. Truong Beach with its 20 km long coastline, is one of the most perfect spots to see the sunset.

If you are adventurous, you can go to the surrounding islands such as Thom Island, and Roi Island.

Day 11 Phu Quoc - Fly back to Ho Chi Minh City

Have breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Enjoy your last day in Phu Quoc.

Prepare your belongings. Check out the hotel, heading to the airport back to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour ends here.
