Payment:
◼ Payment can be processed by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Except for cash payment, service and bank charges may apply. We do not take charge of any international bank transfer expenses; these expenses will be assumed 100% by the issuer of the transfer.
+ For payment by Credit Card via Onepay (In Vietnam Dong only): Onepay fee 3% of the total price will be paid by the client in extra.
+ For payment by Bank Transfer via:
Personal account: The client will pay the wire fees or bank transfer charges of all kinds if any for both sides of each transaction.
Company account: The client will pay the wire fees or bank transfer charges of all kinds if any for both sides of each transaction + VAT tax (8%)
+ For payment for balance on arrival by cash: we only accept new banknotes in USD from 2006 without tearing, ink or markings on them as our Bank does not accept them so kindly help us to prepare new notes.
◼ Deposit: After confirmation, 30 % deposit of the total price.
◼ The balance is to be settled before arrival.

Cancellations will be charged as below:
All flights are non-refundable
◼ 60 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% Money Back. (Except flights are non-refundable)
◼ 59 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation charge.
◼ 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 20%
◼ 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50%
◼ 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 %
◼ No show: 100%

Vietnam visa:
◼Visa Online is required to be done in advance. Evisa is easy to apply as per the below links:

Flights:
◼ Programs based on scheduled domestic flights. The schedule given in the program can differ with or without prior notice from the airlines. If you booked flights on your own, any change on the flights needs to be updated to us before the trip. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, but we will try to give the best solution following your program.

Hotel/ Accommodation:
◼ The official hotel check-in is 2.00 pm or 3.00 pm – checkout time is 11.00 am or 12.00 pm. A surcharge for early check-in or late check-out will be applied.
◼ For some 4-star hotels and almost 5-star hotels: A deposit for incidental charges: guests’ credit card imprint OR cash is required upon check-in from 50 -200 USD/room/night and it is refunded after deducting any consumption at checkout.

Food/Meals:
If any meals are included in the tour, our arrangement:
◼ Breakfast in hotels (if we book for hotels)
◼ Lunches and Dinners on private tours are Vietnamese local food (local veg and non-veg food are available). (Indian food for Indian travelers but based on the availability of each place such as Halong Bay, Mekong, mountainous areas, local villages… will be local food only).
◼ Lunches and Dinners on the SIC tour (Group tour) are local food only (local veg and non-veg food are available).
Other types of foods such as: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, French, Italian… and so on are excluded from our tour package. If you want to add these types of food to your trip, kindly update the requirements from the beginning of the travel request.

Tipping (exclude from tour price):
Tipping is a traveling culture, tipping for guides, drivers, and other services is expected especially for private tours. Kindly prepare it in advance in cash and give it directly to the guides and drivers.…

Transportation
◼ Our price is based on the group arriving (or departing) at one time (one flight). In case, clients arrive (or depart) at different flight times and need a different airport transfer, an extra transfer will be charged so kindly update the flight time for us to add the surcharge on the package.
◼ If dinners are requested to be included in the tour cost. Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm including pick up/drop off from/to hotel. Overtime (after 9.00 pm) will be surcharged.
If lunches and dinners are not included in the program, no guide or vehicle escort. The transfer (or guide) will be provided only for sightseeing and activities as in the details itinerary. If you need a transfer for lunch/dinner or more time for sightseeing or more visiting places or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost from the beginning.
◼ Your understanding and punctuality are appreciated because our tour guides and drivers also need to be refreshed and recharged to work well during these next days.

Rates and Conditions
◼ The quotation does not imply or constitute availability and the prices are subject to change based on the availability at the booking time. If the proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the booking time, alternative options will be advised and provided.
◼ Compulsory Gala Dinner will be applied on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Luna New Year, and National Holidays) and some local/special events may be subject to supplementary charges.
This is only a standard itinerary; the final itinerary will be prepared after confirmation.
