Day 1 Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City

Morning/Afternoon

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Saigon. 

Check-in and have a rest after a long flight. 

Evening

Be free & easy to explore the biggest city of Vietnam or go to Ben Thanh Market to buy some local foods.

Day 2 Ho Chi Minh Full Day Tour

Morning

Have a tasty breakfast at your hotel.

08:00: Our guide will be happy to meet you and give an outline of the City tour today:

  • Visit the Reunification Palace, which used to be the workplace of the President of the Republic of Vietnam.
  • Stop at the War Remnants Museum, which exhibits documents, images, and artifacts about the evidence and consequences of the Vietnam War. 
  • Admire the Roman and Gothic architecture of Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, 2 of the most famous and oldest classical French architecture.

Have lunch in a local restaurant and take a short rest.

NOTE: The Cathedral is temporarily closed for renovation. You will take a look at it from the outside.

Afternoon

After lunch, get ready to explore the city further:

  • Discover the city's eastern side at Giac Lam Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Explore the colorful Chinatown: ride to Cho Lon, where the majority of Chinese people gather, and visit Thien Hau Pagoda, which was built in 1760 by the Chinese in Vietnam.
  • Go shopping at Ben Thanh Market in the city center. Here, you can try and buy some local products like clothes, accessories, food, fabrics, and more.

Return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for a rest.

Day 3 Cao Dai Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels

Morning

Breakfast will be served at your hotel's restaurant.

Transfer to Tay Ninh to visit Cao Dai Temple (known as Tay Ninh Holy See), famous for its outstanding structure.

Let’s walk around the temple and look at the unique construction that looks like the representation of a church but with a bright color. This temple's outside and inside areas are all designed and decorated by incorporating symbols and images of saints.

Afternoon

After lunch, join a half-day trip to Cu Chi Tunnels, a Vietnam war relic. You can know how the Vietcong could wander and hide during this war. 

When you reach the attraction, watch a short documentary about how these tunnels were utilized for an idea of how intense the war was, then join amusing activities:

  • Explore the tunnel site, which includes many weapon and booby trap exhibitions.
  • Navigate the authentic tunnel, visit many underground bunkers (with kitchens, meeting rooms, and ammunition), a shooting range, and more. 
  • Have a taste of tapioca and hot tea; these were the primary victuals provided to local soldiers throughout the battle.

If you interested, you can go to the shooting range and try shooting with an AK-47, M16, and other guns. (This is not included in the price.)

The tour comes to a close with a transfer return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Get back to your room and have a chilling time together.

Day 4 Mekong Delta Exploration - Tan Phong Island - Can Tho

Morning

Have breakfast, then travel to Cai Be tourist wharf for a journey to explore the pretty Mekong Delta:

  • Sailing along the Cai Be River and witnessing the green riverbank and how local people live in the river region.
  • Visit and enjoy delicious specialties in local traditional craft villages: rice paper, candy, Com, dried longan, and more.
  • Strolling on the village road to the next stop, where you can try the tasty honey tea. The people here take advantage of having many fruit gardens and developed beekeeping. You will be introduced to how to raise bees for honey.

Cruising upstream, the boat crosses the windy Tien River. You will visit Tan Phong Island, which has many lush fruit gardens. 

Getting on a rowing boat and sailing to the small canal. Then, you can explore the fruit garden (about 10 minutes) and enjoy the fresh fruit here.

Continue cruising on Tien River, then get off the board for lunch at a garden house.

Afternoon 

Get to Vinh Long Wharf, where you end the tour and get picked up and travel to Can Tho, called “the Western Capital” due to its ideal location

Arrive at your hotel in Can Tho City. Check in and relax.

You and your lover can explore the surrounding area and try local dishes in the evening.

Day 5 Can Tho - Chau Doc - Sam Mountain

Morning

Enjoy your remaining time in Can Tho.

In the early morning, you can travel to the famous Cai Rang Floating Market, where you can see the local people's life on boats, try Mekong Delta’s specialties, and witness the gorgeous sunrise.

Check out, meet your driver at the hotel lobby, then transfer to Chau Doc, the home of various ethnicities such as Khmer, Cham, Chinese, etc.

Afternoon

Our driver will transfer you to Sam Mountain, a famous tourist attraction for its natural beauty and numerous temples.

You and your lover can discover approximately 200 relics scattered from the foot to the top of this mountain, such as Ba Chua Xu Temple, Tay An Pagoda, and more.

Visitors can also take a cable car and enjoy the scenery of Sam Mountain from above. Upon reaching the top, experience the magnificent sunset scenery, perfect for romantic moments.

Evening

Return to Chau Doc and stay overnight in the hotel. Let’s spend time exploring the city together.

Day 6 Chau Doc - Crossing Cambodia Border via Speedboat - Phnom Penh

Morning

Have breakfast at your hotel and be free until you transfer to the pier. Take a speedboat and go to Cambodia. Please remember to keep your Visa.

After crossing the border, you will travel to Phnom Penh. Go to your hotel and check in.

Afternoon & Evening

Freely explore Cambodia by night or relax on the rooftop bar and chill with your loved one.

Day 7 Phnom Penh Full day City Tour

Morning & Afternoon

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Get ready for a trip to the must-visit spots in Pnom Penh:

  • Admire the Royal Palace, the heart of Cambodia, built in 1866. The gilded roof and impressive Khmer architecture are the outstanding features of this landscape.
  • Take your time to explore the stunning area with many areas with buildings of different shapes and sizes, including the famous Silver Pagoda, whose floor is lined with solid silver tiles.
  • Continue to the Cambodia National Museum. Located in a fabulous old building, the Museum is filled with art and artifacts dating back to the pre-Angkorian era.
  • Climb the stairs to the top of the hill and visit the pagoda of Wat Phnom, for which the capital was named. Have a look at the fabulous views of the city below.

Travel to the outskirts of the city (30 30-minute drive) to visit Tuol Sleng prison (Genocide Museum). Nowadays, it serves as a memorial site and a testament to the crimes of the Khmer Rouge, with the aim of encouraging visitors to be messengers of peace.

Continue to visit the Choeung Ek museum, known as The Killing Fields, where over 17,000 civilians were killed and buried in mass graves. The site is a former orchard and is now a reminder of the brutalities of the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime.

End the trip and return to your hotel for a rest.

Day 8 Oudong Mountain - Battambang

Morning

After breakfast, our guide and driver will transfer you to Battambang. On the way, you can stop at Oudong - the ancient capital of Cambodia from the 17th to the 19th centuries.

About 40 km northwest of Phnom Penh, you will reach the top of Oudong Mountain, famous for its Buddha Temples, Stupas, and amazing pagoda structures.

Afternoon

Arrive in Battambang, Cambodia's second-largest city, where you can explore many stunning architectures besides the rivers.

Travel to your hotel in the city, check in, and then relax after a long trip.

Evening

Enjoy a tranquil time with your beloved in this peaceful city where you can escape from the hectic life.

Day 9 Battambang Bamboo Train - Bat Caves

Morning

Have breakfast at your hotel. 

Transfer to Bamboo Train Battambang, and you will have a chance to try the unique bamboo train here, called Nori by locals.

Enjoy the natural scenery along the way and witness the people's daily life here. 

Arrive at a fishing village and interact with the friendly inhabitants. 

You will also visit the fruit farms and look at the specialties of Battambang.

Afternoon

After lunch, transfer to Battambang Bat Caves. On the way, you can go sightseeing in the beautiful countryside fields. 

Visit Bat Cave with millions of bats. When the sun goes down, at the foot of Phnom Sampeau mountain, you can gather here to observe the magnificent sight that thousands of bats "burst out" from a cave to start their night hunts.

Return to your hotel and relax.

Day 10 Battambang - Say Hello to Siem Reap

Morning

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Siem Reap. On the way, you can see the greenery landscapes and scenic villages.

Afternoon

Arrive in Siem Reap, the gateway to the Angkor Wat temple complex renowned worldwide.

Check in at your hotel and relax on your own.

Evening

Enjoying an amusing time with each other on Pub Street in Siem Reap is recommended, or you can go shopping in the Night Market.

Day 11 Siem Reap - Explore Angkor Fullday Tour

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. 

Our driver will pick you up around 7:45 - 8:00 for a day trip to the majestic Angkor Archeological Park

The first stop is the Angkor Thom complex. Within these magnificent walls, you'll discover the fascinating beauty of Bayon and the world-famous Ta Prohm (Tomb Raider) Temple.

Satiate your hunger at one of the many local restaurants within the Angkor Complex with some delicious Cambodian cuisine!

Afternoon

Admire Angkor Wat is a UNESCO site that makes Cambodia much more famous and has become a symbol of Cambodia. 

Spend time with your lover to explore the area that has 398 rooms, connected by a corridor measuring around 1,500 meters. Above, 5 towers shaped like a lotus, interlocked with 3 architectural layers.

Followed by traveling to the top of Phnom Bakheng. Don’t miss the chance to experience the romantic sunset here with your beloved.

Evening

Around 18:30: Get back to your hotel and freshen up.

Day 12 Siem Reap - Banteay Srei

Morning

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

Get in your driver’s car and go to Banteay Srei - "The citadel of women", a Hindu temple in the 10th century. 

Explore the lavish construction & the unique architecture inside Banteay Srei. There are 3 enclosures, and 2 outer ones depicting Hindu mythology have collapsed partly. The inner enclosure houses 2 libraries and the sanctuary that features the most intricately portrayed stories and motifs.

Afternoon & Evening

Get back to your hotel and take a nap.

You two have free time to discover the city. Let’s enjoy a romantic evening on the last day in Siem Reap.

You can go around and shop in Central Market for some souvenirs.
