Day 1 Hanoi Arrival

Morning/ Afternoon

On your first day in Vietnam, our tour guide will be waiting to meet you at the airport when you land in Hanoi.

Arrive at your hotel, which is centrally located in Hanoi, after a brief drive. When you arrive, check in, unpack, and then take the remainder of the day to unwind.

Night

Run through the neighborhood on your own or sign up for a quick night tour as shown below to see the city at night with our entertaining local guide.

You may still choose the optional Hanoi cuisine Tour by Motorbike at Night to discover the vibrant local culture after the sun sets while riding one of Vietnam's most common modes of transportation and sampling the greatest street cuisine in congested, winding lanes.

Day 2 Hanoi City Full Day

Morning

After eating breakfast at the hotel, the tour leader will pick you up there.

The first university in Vietnam to envision a competition during multiple King dynasties was the Temple of Literature. A lot of candidates and students visit the temple nowadays to pray for success in their academic efforts, in addition to being a draw because of its historical significance.

Then move to the constructed completely of wood and resting on a pillar constructed of a single piece of stone, the One Pillar Pagoda is a revered symbol of the Hanoi people. It was finished in 1049. It was designed to resemble the lotus flower, which is a Buddhist symbol of virtue.

The last stop is the eternal burial place of "Uncle Ho" the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city and located in the center of Hanoi. His remains is kept in this glass tomb at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Go on to a typical Vietnamese restaurant for lunch.

Afternoon

Keep going on your journey through the Museum of Ethnology, a unique museum that honors the 54 ethnic groups that are legally recognized in Vietnam.

Return to Hanoi's Old Quarter, a fascinating neighborhood with a wide range of old structures, antique stores, and authentic eateries that will truly wow you.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

NOTE: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum may be seen from the outside but is closed on Mondays and Fridays and from June to August.

Day 3 Hanoi - Duong Lam Village

Morning

Your hotel offers breakfast for you, so please enjoy it to get your energy before your new trip today to the earliest ancient town in Vietnam, Duong Lam Village.

Our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you there.

Enjoy a bicycle ride through the narrow, historic lanes of Mong Phu village, where you'll visit the Mong Phu Temple and explore the charming streets that reflect centuries of history.

Experience the rural side of Vietnam by observing how local farmers work in the surrounding rice fields. This unique perspective gives you a glimpse into traditional Vietnamese agriculture and the day-to-day life in the countryside. 

Visit two historic homes to get to know the locals that live there.

Lunch at a neighborhood eatery where you may sample regional cuisine.

Afternoon

Visit the temples of Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung to pay your respects to two of Vietnam's most revered national heroes.

Drive to Mia Pagoda, which is the next stop, and then return to Hanoi and your accommodation.

Night

Day 4 Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Village

Morning

Have breakfast at your hotel to start the day, then pack your bags and get ready for the journey. Be prepared for a lengthy trip, which frequently takes around 6 hours to get to Sapa.

Let’s arrive at Sapa and see the breathtaking scenery that is characterized by steep valleys, majestic mountain peaks, and historic ethnic towns before check-in and unwinding at your hotel.

Just visit a neighboring eatery for lunch.

Afternoon

You ought to travel to Muong Hoa Valley and Cat Cat Village. Vendors selling H'mong handicrafts, homebrewed corn wine, and naturally colored clothing may be found there. To go to a couple of waterfalls, wander along the route.

We will end the day once you have been taken to your hotel.

Night

Day 5 Sapa Trekking - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

Morning

You will be picked up by a local tour guide after breakfast to start your trekking adventure. Please climb to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai communities, two of Sapa's most well-known communities, as part of this excursion. Explore historical relics like the house's surrounding stone walls and cave dwellings.

Visit Ta Van Village, the Zay people's ancestral home, and spend some time getting to know their vibrant culture. It will be an experience you won't soon forget.

Then move to a nearby eatery for lunch.

Go back to Sapa, where you should spend the remainder of the day.

Day 6 Sapa - Suoi Thau - Ma Tra - Ta Phin

Morning

Let’s taste your nutritious breakfast in the hotel

At 08:00: We will pick you up and drive you the 5 kilometers to the villages of Suoi Thau and Ma Tra. Get to know the Hmong, a relatively small-scale native population, and exchange stories and experiences with them.

Take a 9-kilometer hike that passes through nearby cities, villages, rice, and maize fields as you continue your journey.

You should prepare a picnic lunch to enjoy while traveling.

Afternoon

Arrive in Ta Phin Village so that we may learn about the red Dzao minority's way of life and traditions.

Before returning to Sapa, take in the surrounding natural environment. 

16:30: Spend some time being unbending, and the rest of the day is yours to do as you like.

Day 7 Sapa - Ha Giang Province

Morning

After eating breakfast, get ready to leave.

Our guide will take you on a shuttle bus to Ha Giang. There are 17 different ethnic minority groups present in Ha Giang, which is home to Vietnam's border with China.

The trip there will take you close to seven hours to drive 235 kilometers away.

Afternoon

When you reach Ha Giang, our guide will assist you in finding the hotel and completing the check-in process. The remainder of the day is at your disposal.

Day 8 Ha Giang - Dong Van

Morning

Take advantage of the hotel's breakfast service.

Our tour guide will pick you up so you can continue taking in the Ha Giang province's sights as you travel.

Make your way down Bac Xum's descent. Pay attention to the naturally existing hills made of finely crushed limestones as you arrive at Fairy Bosom, a popular tourist destination in the Quan Ba region of Ha Giang. These hills are what give the area its recognizable features. 

The Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, a member of the UNESCO global geopark network, will astonish you with its spectacular natural grandeur. 

Continue your adventure there. You next to visit Pao's home and King Meo's palace, which are both renowned for their creative retellings of long history.

Afternoon

If you visit the Dong Van market, you can see where many various ethnic groups congregate, including the Mong Hoa, Lo Hoa, Lolo, and Choang.

Dong Van's old remains are worth exploring, so do it while you're here to experience the relaxed native way of life that has so totally captivated you.

Day 9 Ha Giang - Cao Bang Province

Morning

Participate in the Dong Van Kermess, which is held in the middle of the town once a week and serves as a location for amusement, interethnic dialogue, and the trading of goods. crossing the Ma Pi Leng pass, one of the four highest crossings over the Vietnam border, to get to Meo Vac.

As you travel, enjoy the views of the Nho Que River from a higher vantage point. Be sure to stop at the Meo Vac Village before enjoying lunch at a restaurant that has received high praise from the locals.

Afternoon

Row a boat to further explore the serene Nho Que River. And then, arrive at your accommodation and unwind there till sunset.

Day 10 Cao Bang - Ba Be Lake

Morning

Let’s savor the breakfast that is served at your accommodation.

Then you will visit the Ban Gioc waterfall, which is positioned just along the Vietnam-China border. This site is drawing more and more local and international tourists to appreciate it since it is one of the four largest transnational waterfalls in the world.

The Nguom Ngao cave, which is situated in this area has magnificent stalactite and rock formation displays. It is becoming a more popular travel destination because of the wild beauty that is fully generated by nature and untouched by human activity.

You should schedule time at Ba Be Lake for your final visit of the day so that you may benefit from the environment that is both energizing and renewing.

Day 11 Ba Be - Hanoi

Day 12 Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight Cruise

Morning

At about 08:30: You will be picked up by the shuttle van or limousine and driven to the Hanoi - Halong expressway from the Old Quarter. Then at 11:30 - 12:00, arrive at the departure port and complete the check-in process.

Take a tender or shuttle boat to the leading cruise to begin your therapeutic journey in Halong Bay, which has gained a reputation as a top tourist destination thanks to its distinctive collection of limestone islands, stunning beaches, and amazing cave system. 

Additionally, there are several entertainment venues in the central business area, including arcades and bowling alleys, where visitors may partake in thrilling activities or just laze about.

Afternoon

Please enjoy a lavish meal prepared by talented chefs as you cruise deeper into Halong Bay.

Visit secret caverns, go swimming, or kayaking, or just relax on the sundeck in this bay's off-the-beaten-path area.

Day 13 Halong Bay - Hanoi

Morning

A lovely way to start the day is by practicing Tai Chi on Halong Bay's emerald seas.

Continue sailing to other areas so you may kayak, swim, and explore the tunnels as you travel through them.

Because they differ from line to line, these activities won't be uniform throughout all cruise lines.

You will disembark at the harbor when your cruise is over and then board a shuttle bus or a limousine to return to Hanoi City.
