Policy

  • Cancellations received in our office less than 30 days prior to departure: charge 50% cabin rate
  • Cancellations received in our office less than 48 hours prior to departure, no-show, or early return from the trip: charge 100% cabin rate

Children Policy

  • Children less than 2 years old are free of charge
  • Children 2 to 8 sharing rooms with parents, 10% surcharge for extra bed to be applied
  • Children 8 to 12 sharing rooms with parents, 20% surcharge for extra bed to be applied
  • Children 16 and above will be charged full price as adults
  • Client’s age will be counted to the departure day of cruise.
  • Please note: our cruise is not safe and suitable for children under 6 years old as our cruise has railing but not netting. If your children accompany you on the cruise, you should take your own risk and Neang Neakii will not be responsible for any problem may occur

Day 1 Phnom Penh – Oudong – Kampong Tralach

Morning

9:00: Your cruise adventure commences as we pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Neang Neakii boat. 

Upon arrival, our dedicated Cruise Members will warmly greet you and serve you a refreshing welcome drink before assisting you in checking into your comfortable cabins. 

Once everyone is settled onboard, the boat sets sail, embarking on a leisurely journey down the river toward the historic Cambodian capital of Oudong. 

Our first stop is at Koh Chen, also known as 'Chinese Island,' a charming village renowned for its skilled artisans specializing in silver and copper smiting. 

Afternoon and Night

After savoring a delicious lunch on board, we will transfer you to the nearby Oudong Mountain. A brisk climb will lead you to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the entire Kingdom of Cambodia. 

After immersing yourself in the cultural heritage of Oudong, return to the boat and indulge in a relaxing sundowner as we continue our voyage towards Kampong Tralach and you will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner amidst the scenic surroundings of the Tonle Sap River.

Day 2 Kampong Tralach – Kg Chhnang

Morning and Afternoon

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we will embark on an adventure starting with an Ox Cart ride, a traditional mode of transport still commonly used in rural areas. 

Alternatively, you can choose to explore the Kampong Tralach Temple by cycling. This magnificent temple, built in 1841, holds a rich history waiting to be discovered. 

Afterward, we will return to the Neang Neakii and continue our journey towards Kampong Chhnang. Take this opportunity to relax and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing water landscape and observe local fishermen gracefully floating by on their wooden boats.

Upon arrival, we will transfer you to land via a smaller boat to visit the pottery village. To explore the villages, we will hop on charming tuk-tuks, offering an ideal way to witness the stunning scenery of this province. 

Imagine emerald green paddies adorned with sugar palms and being greeted by smiling children enthusiastically shouting "hello" from their stilted wooden homes. 

Night

After the insightful tour, we will return to the boat, where you can enjoy drinks as we gracefully navigate the scenic spots of the river. 

Finally, a leisurely dinner will be served, allowing you to unwind and savor the flavors while taking in the serene surroundings.

Day 3 Kompong Chhnang – Kg Phluk Floating Village – Siem Reap

Morning 

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before bidding farewell to the Neang Neakii Boat. 

Continue your journey in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach as we make our way to Siem Reap, offering you a glimpse into the laid-back rural life of Cambodia. 

Along the way, we will make a stop in Kampong Thom province, where you can either view an ancient bridge of historical significance or pause for a refreshing cup of coffee, depending on your preference. 

Indulge in a delicious lunch at a local restaurant to refuel for the rest of the day's adventures. 

Afternoon

Afterward, we will visit the enchanting Kampong Phluk floating village, a popular tourist attraction situated on the Tanas River and home to over 1,000 permanent residents who reside in stilt wooden houses, providing a fascinating glimpse into their unique way of life. 

Following our visit, we will transfer you to your hotel in Siem Reap, where you can relax and unwind. This marks the end of your journey, with an estimated arrival time of around 16:00.

Each of the cabins is decorated in traditional Cambodian style, with quality wooden paneling and floors, and a large window that opens. There is also wardrobe space to hang clothes and bedside tables. Luxurious linen lines the soft beds, and private bathrooms come complete with a hot water shower, Western toilet and sink.
