Tour Plan
The first leg of the journey will get you to meet our tour guide at the airport and be taken to the hotel for check-in.Â
Following a little break, we will go on a sightseeing tour of the city to see the main attractions in Vientiane, including:
- One of Vientiane's oldest temples is Wat Sisaket. The temple itself owns an enormous collection of 2000 Buddha statues and thousands of miniature Buddha statues.
- King Setthathirath erected the old royal temple, Wat Prakeo, in 1565, where the well-known Emerald Buddha statue once stood.
- We will have the opportunity to stop by and snap some photos of the Patuxay Monument, which is renowned as Vientiane's own Arc de Triomphe, before visiting the That Luang Stupa, a Buddhist stupa.
After the city tour, dinner will be enjoyed at a local restaurant with traditional dance and folk songs.

07:15: You will be picked up at the hotel to visit the Phou Khao Khouay National Park - one of the most beautiful national parks in Laos. We will tour the area’s natural landscape as well as the plentiful flora and fauna here under the guidance of an orchid specialist.
09:00: Join two local guides in the village of Ban Hatkhay with your freshly made Lao picnic. Begin your Orchid Trek start at Pha Say to discover its exquisite view from different types of forests to unique kinds of orchids.
 Additionally, you will also have the chance to learn about precious medicines from plants in the forest and have a picnic lunch in a dry river bed (seasonal).
AfternoonÂ
Visiting the waterfall at Tad Say before getting back to the village, you might see some colorful butterflies and birds that live in the forest
06:00:Â Return to Vientiane and have a rest.
MorningÂ
we are going to visit Wat Si Muang, a Khmer temple that is known for its spirituality.
Buddha Park, which is around 45 minutes away, is an outdoor sculpture park containing more than 200 giant sculptures of Buddha and Hindu.
As we depart Vientiane to the north, we will drive through stunning farmland on our way to the hilly area, where we will experience some breathtaking beauty.Â
We stop by KM52, a bustling and vibrant market along the route where several hill tribes come to exchange items and purchase supplies. We could also stop for a quick photo opportunity at the fish market in Ban Tha Heua and the Hin Heup Bridge.
Transferring to a hotel in Ban Tha Heua, located on the north side of Nam Ngum Lake - the largest lake in Laos and and provides a great respite from the stresses of daily life, from there.
Overnight in Ban Tha Heua.
Morning
Optional: Wake up early if you don’t want to miss the serene sunrise over the peaceful lake. Our guide will accompany you to a neighboring area so you may see the local villagers preparing for their busy day.
We will have a 2-hour kayaking around Nam Ngum Lake after breakfast for sightseeing and visiting nearby local fishing villages.
Stop by Huay Samom Village to learn about the weaving techniques and chat with the host family. Returning to the resort before noon.
Afternoon
Our guide will escort you to the nearby village and visit the local market with fish stall displays.
Move to Vang Vieng to stay overnight.
Morning
After breakfast, we will travel 14 km north to the incredible Tham Xang (Elephant Cave). Tham Xang, which lies on the banks of the Nam Song River, is a cave temple featuring a massive elephant-shaped stalagmite.
We next travel to the neighboring Tham Hoi Cave, also known as the "Snail Cave," where tourists spend 45 minutes exploring the several lengthy corridors and magnificent limestone systems.
Before moving on to Tham Nam (Water Cave), we will also explore the Loop Cave and its amazing stalagmite formations. A cold spring-fed lake is located near the entrance of the Tham Nam cave. It's a fantastic location for a swim to cool down! We use tubes to navigate the water-filled cave. The water is perfectly clean during the dry season!
We then trek for 2 kilometers to the Hmong village of Phathao. On the way there, we will pass by rice paddy fields and vegetable gardens. Once we get there, a vehicle is waiting to make our way back to Vang Vieng.
Afternoon
Drive to Tham Pou Kham (Golden Crab Cave), you enter the tunnel by an insignificant entrance and then get 100 meters below the surface. But once inside, the cave expands and a statue of a reclining Buddha greets guests to a location that was previously inhabited by antelope, gibbons, bats, and monkeys.
Before being transported back to your hotel, you have plenty of time to explore Blue Lagoon, which is a terrific place to cool off.
Morning
We will travel to Luang Prabang by train for about an hour. Tourists will be transferred to the town center on their arrival at the train station.
- Stop at the Royal Palace Museum to visit the residence of King Sisavang Vong and his family during the French colonial era.
- A follow-up visit to Wat Mai, one of the greatest and most charming temples in Luang Prabang.
- Have a look at the old Wat Sene and the adjacent Wat Xiengthong, which exhibit a lovely piece of Lao temple architecture - a mosaic of the Tree of Life at the backside of the sim or main temple.
- Get back to town and have a short walk around the small street of the city center, viewing the local life.
- Tourists will stop at Wat Prabath in the late afternoon to see the twilight.
- We call it a day after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can buy some enchanting selections of handmade piece goods made by the locals and ethnic minorities.
Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Morning
Hit the road from your hotel and head to Ban Xeng Mouk Village, where the trek starts.
Before going to the nearby Hmong village of Ban Longlao Song, tourists will pay a visit to the ethnic Khmu village of Ban Longdao Nung.Â
Take a chance to observe the lifestyles of these 2 different minority groups and see how they live and work together on a daily basis.
Before we get to the mountainous forest, the route passes past rice paddies and vegetable gardens. We will also grab a chance to visit a cave that residents during the Second Indochina War utilized as a bomb shelter.
Another hour of hiking takes us to one of the numerous springs that feed the Kuang Si Waterfalls, where we find a lovely pool teeming with holy fish. We have a Lao-style lunch among gorgeous surroundings after descending from the waterfall's peak.
Afternoon
In the turquoise pools below the waterfall, you will spend the afternoon resting and taking baths.Â
Additionally, tourists can pay a visit to the nearby bear conservation center to see the bears who were saved from illegitimate farms.
We take a quick stroll to Ban Thapene, a nearby Khmu hamlet, where some of the most stunning pools of the Kuang Si Waterfalls are located, before returning to Luang Prabang.

Morning
We will get ready at the crack of dawn to participate in the daily alms offering, or Tak Bat, a significant tradition in the Buddhist culture of the Lao people that goes back to the 14th century. More than 200 Buddhist monks leave different temples to collect their daily food from the faithful citizens who are sitting quietly on the streets.
Then, to get a picture of everyday life in the area, we go to a local morning market close to the former Royal Palace.Â
After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, we will travel upstream by cruise on the Mekong River, taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding countryside, before arriving at the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, a 16th-century cave monastery housing thousands of Buddha statues that are situated 25 kilometers north of Luang Prabang.
Tourists will stop in Ban Muang Keo, which is well-known for producing authentic Lao rice whiskey. Later, you'll return to Luang Prabang.
We'll take a journey outside of the city to the Thai Lue village of Ban Xangkhong, which is renowned for its handicrafts. We also go to Ban Xienglek, known for its traditional Saa paper production.Â

MorningÂ
08:30: Transfer to Nahm Dong Park, which is located in Ban Xiengmouk 10 km from the city center.
When we get to the park, the park manager will give us a brief welcome before we get started on the morning activities.
The spectacular evergreen environment will be our first stop as we join the Zipline flying and fly above the jungle and waterfalls. The activity will take about 1 hour.
As we make our way back through the forest route, we'll come over a few flying bridges, small streams, and crystal-clear natural pools.
A picnic lunch will be provided where you can admire the area, including a view of Mount Phousi in the heart of the city.
Afternoon
The remainder of the afternoon may be spent taking a walk in the park, unwinding by one of the huts at the camp, or chilling in refreshing natural pools.

Morning
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Spend some time at leisure until the driver takes you up at the lobby and drives you to the airport for your departure flight.
