After arriving at the Wattay International Airport, you will be transfer to the hotel for check-in. Early check-in can be arranged if available, but please note that the standard check-in time is noon.

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will begin the adventure with Wat Si Muang, giving travelers the opportunity to experience the intersection of Buddhism and traditional Lao beliefs.
Next, drive to Buddha Park, which is around a 45-minute away. Buddha Park is famous for its more than 200 sculptures, showcasing Buddhist and Hindu deities and mythological figures.
Afternoon
We plan to explore the historical That Luang, Laos's most sacred and essential monument. Then leaving That Luang to admire the incredible view of Patuxai, a great place to capture the essence of Vientiane.
After that, you have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge about Laos architecture by touring Wat Sisaket. Pay a visit to the nearby Wat Phra Keo, a religious museum featuring an array of Lao and Khmer art pieces.
Wrap up the exploration of the capital city with a walk along the Mekong River banks. Spend the night in Vientiane.
This morning, you can transfer to Oudomxay, an off-the-beaten-path destination in Laos, by express train or plane. Contact us for information about suitable times and dates.
Our staff will meet you and transfer you to the Namkat Yolapa jungle resort. After checking in, we briefly trek through the jungle to the Namkat waterfall. You can leisurely enjoy your time at the waterfall before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, visitors leave NamKat Yolapa Resort and drive to Nong Khiaw, which is surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and serene riverside views.
On the way, we could admire the fascinating Pra Xing Kham Temple, home to a sacred Buddha image over 400 years old.
After you arrive in Nong Khiaw around noon, check-in at your hotel and relax.
Afternoon
At around 15:00, you will embark on a 20-minute boat journey upstream.
During the river journey, tourists stop at Sop Van Village, inhabited by the Tai Lue people. It's a chance to witness traditional animal husbandry practices and interact with the animals.
We commence our 1.5-hour tubing adventure around 16:00 to 16:30, allowing us to float down the river as the sun sets. Return to Nong Khiaw at approximately 17:30, overnight in Nong Khiaw.
Take a leisurely stroll around Nong Khiaw and explore the town on your own. Enjoy your stay in Nong Khiaw.

After breakfast, we will transfer to Muang Soune, a charming village which is 65 km far from the north of Luang Prabang.
Upon arrival, tourists receive a warm welcome from the host family and have the opportunity to take a stroll around the village, gaining insight into the local way of life. You also visit the village chief's house and converse about village history. Lunch will be served at the host family's home.
Afternoon
Tourists can relax or partake in various agricultural activities depending on the season. Options include:
- Rice planting and harvesting in the nearby rice fields
- Learning traditional fishing techniques with the chance to sample your catch for dinner
- Taking a leisurely walk around the farm and rice fields.

At 11:00, we return to the village and then transfer back to Luang Prabang. Stay overnight in this city.

At sunrise, visitors have a great chance to join the sacred tradition of Laos, the morning almsgiving. The devotees offer food to monks throughout the Luang Prabang every morning. Next, immerse yourself in Laos's daily life in the bustling morning market near the former Royal Palace.
Following breakfast at the hotel, we head directly to the enchanting Kuang Si Waterfall, the largest waterfall in Luang Prabang. You can also take a short walk to the seldom-visited nearby village of Ban Thapene to discover hidden waterfalls.
Afternoon
Then, tourists can consider visiting the Bear Rescue Center before heading to the Butterflies Park for afternoon tea in a peaceful butterfly-filled garden.
On the way back to Luang Prabang, we make a brief stop at the Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center, which is known for high-quality fabrics and sunset views. Here, visitors can join a traditional workshop that offers free tours every 30 minutes.

At 07:30, our driver will pick you up for an exciting day ahead. We hop on a minivan to transfer you to the Elephant Conservation Center, about 90 kilometers away in Xayabouly.
Upon arriving at the Nam Tien Lake pier, tourists switch to a boat ride to the center. After that, settle into your private bungalow and savor a delicious Laotian-style meal.

Your expert guide will lead you on a tour of the center, including a visit to the Elephant Hospital to learn about our conservation projects led by veterinarians and biologists.
The highlight of the day is observing the elephants' daily baths. Visitors can witness their playful nature and social interactions in the water. Afterward, meet the mahouts, who will demonstrate how they interact with these gentle giants and share the commands they use.
This is your chance to get up close and personal with the elephants, feeling their incredible skin, prickly hair, and even offering them food. Please note that this is optional and does not involve sitting on chairs on the elephant's back.
As you walk the elephants to their nightly resting area, tourists witness the special bond between the mahouts and their elephants. Your guide will also share information about the biodiversity of the protected forest.

On the second day at the Elephant Conservation Center, it's time to reunite with our elephants in their natural forest habitat. After a night, the elephants are ready for their morning bath, and tourists have the option to ride bareback on their necks for a short while.
Later, we take them to the Socialization Area, where they interact freely and help visitors gain a unique insight into their natural behavior. Lunch is served at a viewing platform.
Afternoon
Following the forest picnic lunch, tourists can visit the nursery, where you can see a mother elephant and her baby. The mother trusts her mahout and allows him to play with her baby, which is heartwarming.
Moving on, tourists will take the time to pack bags and bid farewell to the staff. Before heading to Ban Tha Heua, you might want to soak in the scenery one last time.

After breakfast, embark on a cycling tour to explore nearby villages and the renowned Nam Ngum Reservoir.
Along the way, you will pass by a local primary school, which is more lively during school hours, take in the sights and sounds of local village life along the small village roads. We can pause at one of the villages for a refreshing coffee or tea, conversing with the villagers to gain insight into their daily routines.
After relaxing at the Nam Ngum dam, cycle back to the resort. If time allows, you can watch a rooster fight in a nearby village, lasting around 30 minutes.

In the afternoon, enjoy a 2-hour kayaking excursion near Nam Ngum Dam, then stop at Huay Samom village to learn about traditional weaving techniques while chatting with the local host family.
Head back to the resort and relax by the pool. Stay overnight at Sanctuary Nam Ngum Beach Resort.
Feel free to explore the resort at your leisure, taking in the serene surroundings. Additionally, tourists have the option to partake in various water-based activities, which can be arranged on-site.

After a free-plan morning, tourists are driven to Vientiane, the capital city of Laos. En route, stop by Dong Makhai Market, a bustling hub where diverse hill tribes exchange goods. Upon arrival, spend the rest of the day relaxing.
Today, you will catch the morning flight to Pakse.
Upon arrival at Pakse, drive to Tad Phaseum waterfalls, where visitors can travel around to witness the vernacular architecture and the way of life of the various Southern Laos tribes.
After that, we visit the enchanting Tadlo waterfalls and the nearby minority villages in the Tadlo area, including Ban Kiengtanglae and Ban Nanong. Following this, we will continue our drive over the plateau to reach Paksong.
During our journey, tourists make a stop at Tha Teng Market, a pleasant place to take a stroll and soak in the serene ambiance. Next, explore Ban Pong and Ban Kokphung, where both villages' buildings are typically made from natural materials found in the region, such as bamboo and thatch.
Then, transfer to Bolaven Plateau for a rest.
After breakfast, we will set off for Champasak and enjoy the view from the remarkable Tad Fane waterfall. Continue with a drive through Wat Phou, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed temple.
Returning to the hotel, visitors explore examples of French colonial architecture. Spend the night in Champasak.
Following breakfast, we will journey to Khong Island and board a traditional long-tail boat for a 1.5-hour exploration of the Mekong River. Afterward, explore old locomotives and tracks as well as colonial-era buildings in Ban Khone.
Let’s continue our journey to 4000 Islands by tuk-tuk. Then, visit the picturesque Liphi waterfall, which offers spectacular views. We might have the incredible chance to spot the rare Irrawaddy Mekong dolphins at Ban Hang Khone.
