Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Rates for teenager of 12 years old and above will be charged as adult’s rate
Children from 5 -11 years old: sharing bed with 02 adults charge 75% of an adult’s rate

Day 1 Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave

8:00 - 8:30: A convenient shuttle bus will be at your service to pick you up (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Upon reaching the Halong International Cruise Port at around 12:15, you will receive a warm welcome and be treated to a refreshing welcome drink before coming to the cruise ship.

As you settle in, you will be provided with a comprehensive briefing on safety instructions, ensuring that you have a secure and enjoyable experience on board.

Indulge in a delightful lunch at the restaurant while the cruise gracefully navigates towards the enchanting Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afternoon

Prepare to embark on a captivating adventure as you explore the remarkable Thien Canh Son Cave, widely celebrated as the most exquisite and breathtaking cave in Bai Tu Long Bay. Day 2 Vung Vieng Village - Bai Tu Long Bay - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi

Morning

Refresh your body and mind in Tai Chi class on the early second day before having a light breakfast.

Visit Vung Vieng village by kayak or sampan boat. At this time, you will learn more about fishing village life through stories of local people.

Return to the cruise to pack your luggage and process check-out at 9:00, and enjoy a tasty lunch before disembarking.

Afternoon

Around 11:30, arrive at the port and go back to Hanoi on the shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee). We will arrive in the old quarter at around 14:00 - 14:30.
