Day 1 Siem Reap Arrival

Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, the driver transfer you to the hotel for checking in.

In the afternoon, we visit Tonle Sap Lake, which is influenced by the floating communities on the river, creating a poetic and lyrical landscape in combination with the most lively ecosystems. 

There are houses with many different types of wildlife around the lakes so seeing the floating villages, birds and locals will be a peaceful atmosphere for you.

Day 2 Siem Reap – Angkor Thom – Angkor Wat

Morning

After eating breakfast at the hotel, the first attraction today is the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century)

See the South Gate and Bayon Temple, like a bunch of random stonework, rather than the exquisite architecture of Angkor Wat. Once inside, you'll find that the interior is a three-story labyrinth of galleries, towers, and passages.

Then move to visit Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in the area has been left relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery.

Lunch is served at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

Discover the World Heritage of Angkor Wat (Mid 12th century), the temple complex covers 81 hectares and was built by Suryavarman II. The temple is one of the largest monuments to religion ever built and is truly one of the wonders of the world. 

Continue walking to the top of Bakheng Hill to enjoy the sunset and Angkor Temple view.

Day 3 Banteay Srey - Grand Circuit

Morning

Savor breakfast at the hotel and prepare for an upcoming full-day trip. 

Explore Banteay Srey Temple (35km), the most beautiful one of all temples in Cambodia that was built in the 10th century by Brahman. This temple is 18km distant from Siem Reap town, and it takes half an hour to drive to get there. 

After visiting Banteay Srey Temple, move back to visit Banteay Samre. Built by Suryavarman II, it was named after the Samre, an ethnic tribe that inhabited the regions at the base of Phnom Kulen and was probably related to the Khmers. The tranquil temple’s style of architecture is of the classic art of the middle period.

Return to Siem Reap City and have lunch at a local restaurant

Afternoon

The Angkor complex of temples was divided the French archaeologists into two circuits: the Small Circuit and the Grand Circuit. 

However, we only have time to see the Grand Circuit temples that showcase the more elaborate and sophisticated side of Khmer construction (Preak Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, East Meabon, and Pre Rup).

Day 4 Siem Reap – Fly to Yangoon

Morning

Free time until transfer to Siem Reap airport for flight to Yangon. Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our tour-speaking guide, you will be transferred to hotel for check-in.

The sightseeing tour starts with a visit to the old colonial-style city center with city hall, Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument, Strand Road and Yangon Jetty by car 

If time permits, you can observe and take a rest to drink tea or coffee at Colonial Building Strand Hotel (a 5-star hotel).

Continue visiting Botahtaung Pagoda and Ahma Mya Nan Nwe, a devotee of guarding the pagoda.

Bogyoke Aung San Market - the most popular market (closed every Monday & Public holiday) and where you can buy luxury items like handicrafts, foodstuff, clothing, jewelry, and consumer goods. 

Afternoon and Night

Come to Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, a colossal reclining Buddha and continue your visit to Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal Lake for photo taking.

Witness the golden dome light up sunshine at sunset in the world-famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight at Yangon.

Day 5 Yangon – Fly to Bagan

Morning 

Early morning transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to Bagan.

Your transfer to the hotel in Bagan will begin as soon as you land. The tour stops at one of Asia's most well-known archaeological sites. 

Discover Nyuang Oo Market with almost all kinds of stuff in Myanmar can be found in this colorful market

See some of Bagan's most famous pagodas, such as Shwezigon Pagoda, the city's most prominent reliquary shrine, which houses images of Bagan's 37 Nats.

After that, we continue reaching Kyansittha Uhmin (Cave), Gupaukgyi Temple, it is a 13th-century cave temple with interesting fine frescoes of sconces from the Jataka.

Afternoon

Next, you'll head toward Old Bagan through the Tharabar Gate and visit the Htilominlo Temple, which is decorated with priceless frescoes and murals. 

Then, travel to the Dhamayangyi Temple, known for its interlocking mortar thickest brickwork, the Ananda Temple, a whitewashed masterpiece with four standing Buddha Images, and the Thetbyinnyu Temple.

Late afternoon, we visit Shwesandaw Pagoda for beautiful sunset before transferring to your hotel and overnight in Bagan.

Day 6 Bagan – Mount Popa – Bagan

Morning

After breakfast, proceed on a scenic overland journey to Mount Popa. It is an extinct volcano that is 1518 meters (4981 feet) above sea level, set mid lovely hill and forest scenery. 

The Popa Taungkalat Shrine is home to 37 Mahagiri Nats, or spirits and statues depicting the Nats may be found at the shrine's foundation. The peak of Taung Kalat provides a panoramic view of Bagan's old city.

Note: On the way up Mount Popa, if you meet monkeys, don't tease them. In addition, when going up the mountain, don't hold food in your hand because monkeys will jump in and steal. 

Afternoon

Return back to Bagan and make refreshment stopover at a small local factory of palm sugar alcohol refinery and observe how to make Jaggery.

Overnight in Bagan.

Day 7 Bagan – Fly to Mandalay – Amarapura

Morning

After breakfast at the hotel, fly to Mandalay.

  • Upon arrival at Mandalay, you will be transferred directly to visit Amarapura. Highlights include Mahagandayon Monastery, which is a school for young monks and observe the lunch process in the morning, 
  • U Bein Bridge is more than two centuries old and the 1.2 km longest teakwood span in the world. On the way, visit the traditional hand-weaving silk workshop.

Afternoon

  • A sightseeing tour of Mandalay includes Mahamuni Pagoda, gold of hammering, Mandalay Palace, Kuthodaw Pagoda by surrounding 729 inscribed marble slabs, known as “the world’s largest book”, Shwenandaw "Golden Palace Monastery" to observe finest Myanmar wooden architecture and visit Atumashi Monastery. 

You will have chance to enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill before transferring back to hotel.

Day 8 Mandalay – Fly to Heho – Pindaya – Inle Lake

Morning

Take an early morning flight to Heho. Once you reach here, you take a car ride up into the hills and across the Shan Plateau to see the sights at Pindaya Cave, a genuine limestone cavern.

  • Move to Shwe U Min Paya, a Buddhist temple housing some 8,000 statues of the Buddha. 
  • Follow the beautiful Boutaloke Lake and stop by a local workshop where Shan Paper and Umbrellas are made.

Afternoon

  • Take a fresh breath and take photos while reaching the beautiful big banyan trees at the base of Pindaya Hill

Transfer to Nyaung Shwe jetty to take a boat transfer to the hotel and overnight in Inle Lake.

Day 9 Inle Lake

Morning and Afternoon

After breakfast, you can go sightseeing at Inle Lake to catch the breathtaking views and the fresh atmosphere around. 

The floating gardens of grass and earth used for producing vegetables, as well as the fisherman rowing in the distinctive one-legged method of Inle Lake boatmen, are among the highlights of this tiny lake. 

We may also take in the sights at the holiest Buddhist landmark, the Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, as well as the Silk Weaving Village of Inphawkhon, the Burmese Cats House, and the Cheroot Making with other Cottage Industries.

Night

After touring the stunning teak wood Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery, we'll retire for the night in one of the area's many comfortable hotels.

Day 10 Heho – Yangon – Departure

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, our driver will transport you to Heho Airport for your journey to Yangon. 

When you get to Yangon, you can take a shuttle to the airport.
