At 9:35, follow the teacher to Wat Kheak Fresh Market in order to buy the necessary ingredients. After approximately one hour of shopping, let’s get ready for the cooking class. Each participant will receive a recipe book, pencil, and apron. The teacher, who is an English-speaking chef will provide step-by-step instructions for each dish, allowing you to easily follow.
Even more remarkable is the activity that comes next. We will set up the class as a restaurant, offering you a good chance to savor your own creations in a cozy atmosphere.

Embarking on a historical journey, you'll venture to Kanchanaburi, a destination marked by its significance during World War II.
Upon arrival, your first stop is the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, also known as the Thailand-Burma Railway Museum. This museum serves as a gateway to gaining a deep understanding of a tragic chapter in Thailand's history and the remarkable human stories that unfolded during the construction of the railway.
In order to explore Kwai Bridge, we then board a train and continue traveling for around 30 minutes along the lovely river.

After having a delicious breakfast, pay a visit to Hellfire Pass, which was built and funded by the Australian Government in collaboration with the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Continue to visit one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand, Saiyoke Noi. Nestled amidst the verdant surroundings, this waterfall is a true testament to the natural beauty that Thailand holds. Please take your time to soak in the beauty of this natural wonder, capturing its magnificence through your senses and your cameras.

We then catch Kermit tuk tuk which is only found in only two of Thailand’s provinces: Ayutthaya and Trang.
Our destinations today are majestic temple highlights of the city including Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wa Mahathat - a site known for its iconic Buddha face that emerges from the roots of a tree.
Our exploration takes us through a local market, where the vibrant colors, bustling activity, and aromatic scents awaken our senses to the everyday life of the locals.
The journey continues as we arrive at Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, a revered temple that once served as the royal palace's main chapel. The historical significance of the temple unfolds before us, and we marvel at its graceful architecture and intricate details.

Visit Wat Orah Singh Temple, one of Chiang Mai's beautiful temples. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the temple grounds and appreciate the intricate architecture.
Continue to Wat Phan Tao Temple, known for its intricate woodwork. Take in the serenity of the temple's surroundings and admire the craftsmanship.

Arriving at the base of the temple complex, climb up more than 300 staircases to reach the top. This climb can be a bit of a workout, but it's definitely worth it for the experience and the views.
After the stair climb, take an elevator to reach the temple's highest point. The golden hour is an ideal time for you to admire panoramic sunset views of Chiang Mai City and the surrounding landscapes.

At 8:00, our staff picks you up at your hotel and then take a 1.5-hour drive to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in the South of Chiang Mai.
Upon reaching the sanctuary, please change into traditional Karen clothing, which adds to the cultural authenticity of the experience. Following this, you'll receive an introductory lesson about elephant anatomy, history, and behavior. This knowledge will help you better understand and appreciate these magnificent creatures.
At around 11:00, you'll have the opportunity to meet the elephants up close. Spend time feeding, interacting, and playing with them in their natural environment, all the while learning about their behavior and history.
