Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing a room with parent/s.

Day 1 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Titop Island - Luon Cave

Morning

08:00 - 08:30: The shuttle bus driver (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and head up to Halong Bay, a World’s Natural Wonder with endless beauty.

Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and welcome onboard at around 12:30. Let's enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the cruise briefing and safety instructions by the crew.

Have lunch at a restaurant while soaking up the awe-inspiring karst formations and feeling the serenity of Halong Bay.

Afternoon

The first stop is Titop Island, a perfect place to go swimming and hiking to the viewpoint for panoramic views. If you get tired after the hike to Sung Sot Cave, just put your feet up and sunbathe on the Titop beach. Enjoying the pristine white sandy beach and tranquil turquoise water, you'll be captivated by its serene charm.

The second highlight is Luon Cave, a renowned water cave that can only be explored by boat because of its limited height and shape. Let’s dress lightly and wear waterproof sandals and join the kayak.

After a long day, we'll be back on the boat. Let's enjoy the sunset hours that fall over Halong Bay and capture this magnificent moment. At around 18:00, you can enjoy the Happy Hour & Cooking Class to learn about traditional Vietnamese cuisine and how to make it.

Evening

Have a delicious dinner with Vietnamese and international dishes. After dinner, you are free to rest on board or watch a movie and participate in various games such as playing board games, karaoke, and squid fishing.

Day 2 Sung Sot Cave - Tuan Chau Port - Hanoi

Morning

Good morning with a wonderful sunrise moment on the Alisa Sundeck. A light breakfast will be served with tea, coffee, fresh milk, cakes, fruits, cereals, etc.

Today, we are going to visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most sparkling limestone caves in Halong Bay. Remember to wear hiking shoes since you will climb over 100 steps to reach the interiors. This is also a soft adventure where you can either work out or admire the scenic landscape of the bay.

After the excursion, return to the cruise, pack your luggage, and process check-out at 9:45.

Enjoy brunch and settle the bill at the bar counter on the second floor while watching the famous attractions of Halong Bay, such as Stone Island and Ga Choi Islet, etc.

We'll arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor around 11:00 - 11:30.

Afternoon

Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour, a limousine will transfer you back to Hanoi around 14:30 - 15:00 if using our transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Day 1 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Titop Island - Luon Cave

Afternoon

The excursion begins with a visit to Titop Island, which boasts pristine white sandy beaches and tranquil turquoise waters, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of this World Heritage Site. Whether you choose to swim or simply relax on the Vang Trang Beach (Moon Beach), you'll be captivated by its serene charm.

Another highlight is the exploration of Luon Cave, a pretty sea cave that can only be accessed by boat due to its unique height and shape. You can kayak to the cave and freely discover this enchanting spot at your own pace.

After a fulfilling day, it's time to unwind on the sundeck and witness the mesmerizing sunset on Halong Bay. Don't forget to capture this magical moment with your camera.

You can indulge in the Happy Hour and participate in a Cooking Class to learn about traditional Vietnamese cuisine and its preparation.

Day 2 Drum & Trinh Nu Cave - Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum

Morning

Wake up early in the morning to refresh with a Tai Chi session then enjoy a light breakfast before beginning a morning excursion. We will move to the day boat for a day excursion.

Today's first stop is the Drum and Trinh Nu Caves. Passengers will transfer to a small boat for a closer, more personal experience. As you explore the caves, get ready to kayak or swim, fully immersing yourself in their stunning beauty. Lunch will be served when you get back to the day boat.

Afternoon

The afternoon program will continue with an excursion to Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. The visit typically lasts for 40 minutes and will take you through the process of pearl production in Halong Bay.

Time to say goodbye to the day boat and come back to Alisa Premier Cruise to relax and enjoy the sunset party with snacks and seasonal fruits.

Evening

A sumptuous dinner will be served under the magnificent Halong Bay by night. After savoring dinner, you should join some nightlife activities: squid fishing, playing cards, or relaxing in your room.

Day 3 Sung Sot Cave - Tuan Chau Port - Hanoi

Morning

Start your morning with a delightful sunrise moment on the sundeck. A light and refreshing breakfast will be served, featuring a variety of options such as tea, coffee, fresh milk, cakes, fruits, cereals, and more.

Today's itinerary includes a visit to Sung Sot Cave, renowned for its grandeur and beauty, showcasing magnificent sparkling limestone formations. To access the cave, you will embark on a short hike, climbing over 100 steps to reach the entrance.

After the cave visit, return to the cruise to pack your belongings and complete the check-out process around 9:45.

While enjoying the early lunch, settle your bill at the bar counter on the second floor, all while gazing at the famous attractions of Halong Bay, including Stone Island and Ga Choi Islet, among others.

We'll arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor around 11:00 - 11:30.

Afternoon

VIP Suite is a roomy cabin that includes from 2 to 3 people. Please note that this suite needs an extra charge for 3rd person. This suite is a non-smoking and quiet room with an ocean view.
