Your first day will be spent on the Halong Bay day cruise. You may participate in a variety of activities including kayaking around the bay, swimming in the fresh air, or taking a traditional bamboo boat to see floating villages. You will have an amazing experience riding the nighttime train to Sapa at the conclusion of the day. Your final two days will be spent in Sapa, inhaling the cold, pure mountain air, meeting and meeting locals, and learning more about the distinctive traditions, customs, and culture of ethnic minorities. Day 1 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight train to Sapa

Morning

  • You will be picked up by bus at your Hanoi hotel to transfer to Halong - A majestic Heritage of the World with breathless scenery. It takes you 3,5 hours to travel to Halong, so you can take a short nap or have sightseeing through the window to admire the farming landscape on the way.
  • When the bus arrives in Halong City, you will be welcomed onboard a junk boat to begin the cruise to the bay's central region. 
  • A meal of fresh seafood will be served while the lovely boat sails leisurely into the heart of the Natural Wonder of the World.

Afternoon

  • Take in the most breathtaking natural beauty, limestone bedrock, and sheer cliffs of tiny islands accentuated with imaginative names: Fighting Cocks (an icon of Halong Bay), Duck, Swan, Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs.

The first stop in Halong Bay is in the area of Ba Hang Village for a rowing boat ride. This is an ancient floating fishing village on Ha Long Bay, with tiny floating houses in the village that used to be the place where many fishermen were born and raised at sea.

Continue sailing to the stunning Thien Cung Cave (Heaven Palace Cave), which has a unique landscape and impressive stalactites system. The cave is also a place to preserve many cultural and historical values of Halong Bay. You may explore vast chambers decorated with various stalactites and stalagmites.

  • After an exciting Halong Bay excursion, we'll return to the junk boat to enjoy this leisurely ride as you return to Ha Long Harbor, where our waiting car will take you back to Hanoi.

Evening

  • When arriving at Hanoi, we'll continue our journey by getting on and spending a night on the train to Sapa. Overnight in a cabin that has 4 beds on the train will be a fascinating memory, it may be a little bit noisy but bring back to you an exciting feeling.

Day 2 Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa

Morning

  • Arrive at Sapa - The city of clouds in the early morning. Let's take a deep breath to feel this highland land's cool and refreshing breath. This is a city in the midst of mountains and clouds but still retains many beautiful, quiet, and unique ethnic villages.

The tour will begin in Sapa and take you on a 7-kilometer trek down to the southeast of Sapa along the edge of the Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black Hmong to observe the sensual patterns of the terraces from above. Y Linh Ho Village has charming natural scenery, peaceful space, simple people, and many unique cultural values. The wildness and tranquility in Y Linh Ho village are entirely different from the bustling atmosphere in Sapa town. Coming here, you will feel this village's freshness and peace to forget about daily stress.

Our program will continue with trekking 3 kilometers to Lao Chai Village and another 4 kilometers through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village of the Giay minority people. These are also two large villages in the Sapa tourist area. With the space of green terraced fields and rustic wooden houses, trekking here, you can admire the peaceful scenery and breathe in the fresh air with the aroma of ripe rice. , a bold beauty of Southeast Asia.

  • After morning trekking, enjoy a picnic lunch with a local family, where you can observe local house architecture, local daily living styles, and unique customs.

Afternoon

  • Enjoy the scenery on the trip back to Sapa by jeep or motorbike in the afternoon, then spend the rest of the day at leisure until dinner.

Evening

  • You are free to explore Sapa City at night. The colorful city blended with the unique local life here will open your experience clearly.
  • After a long day, we'll stay overnight at Sapa Hotel and prepare for the next day.

Day 3 Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Sapa - Hanoi

Morning

  • Begin your new day in Sapa by having a full breakfast at the hotel to recharge your energy for this morning's excursion, then finish the checkout process.

Take a 3-kilometer hike to the southwest of Sapa to see Cat Cat Village of the Black Hmong. This is a small village located in Muong Hoa Valley with a rustic appearance that is embellished with the culture and traditional costumes of the H'mong people here.

  • While visiting this colorful village, you can relax at the foot of the spectacular waterfall and the remnants of a hydroelectric power station built by the French during Vietnam's colonial period.
  • Enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, and continue walking for 3 kilometers to Sin Chai Village.

Afternoon

The next stop is Sin Chai Village - a rural, tranquil village. Opposite to the joyful excitement of Cat Cat Village, this small town retains its rustic beauty, poetic terraced fields, and inherent peaceful fresh air. Coming here, you will be able to fully admire the beauty of the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range, roam on winding roads, and be immersed in the endless beauty of the terraced fields.

  • After trekking, we'll return to the main road and take a 3km jeep ride to Sapa town.
  • Time to say goodbye to the heaven of the clouds - Sapa, and take the bus back to Hanoi. This is also the end of the trip
