Day 1 Bangkok Arrival

Arrival at Bangkok Airport, please go to the meeting point on the 2nd floor, inside the arrivals hall. Our guide will hold a sign with your name on it, or in case of multiple pick-ups, the signals may be hanging on the aluminum railing at our meeting point. 

We get in the car and go to the hotel to check in and rest. The time for check-in is 14:00. If you require early check-in, please contact your travel consultant.

Day 2 Full-day City Temples – Grand Palace & Thonburi Canal Tour

Morning 

Taste Thai and Western foods for breakfast. Today, we will seek out the finest temples in golden temple country.

  • Kick off the journey with a stop at Wat Traimit, home to the world's giant solid gold Buddha.
  • Go through the historic district to another enormous Buddha monument in Wat Pho.
  • The journey continues to the Grand Palace, one of the most impressive examples of Thai Buddhist architecture entire country. 
  • Move on to extensive gardens and glittering structures, including Wat Phra Kaew, which houses the prized Emerald Buddha statue from the 14th century.

Flavor delicious lunch at a local restaurant on the way gets to the spot taking a canal boat trip.

Afternoon

Hop on a classic "longtail" boat that meanders through quaint canals and enjoys a quieter life along the riverbank. And a visit to the Bangkok Thonburi side would be complete only with the spectacular and iconic Wat Arun – discovering the iconic 79-meter-tall pagoda overlooking the Chao Phraya River.

Disembark, and the car will take you back to your hotel to relax or discover the vibrant atmosphere only found in Bangkok.

Have fun exploring Bangkok or shop at the world’s top shopping malls on your day off. If not, consider signing up for one of our optional exciting tours. Let’s save the most memorable time on the last night in Bangkok.

Day 4 Bangkok – Fly to Chiang Mai – Half-day City Tour

Morning

Private transfer from the hotel to Bangkok Airport for a flight to Chiang Mai. After about one-hour air transfer, you will reach Chiang Mai International Airport and transfer to the hotel with our tour guide

Begin the half-day city tour with the first destination of Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, regarded as one of the most respected temples in Thailand

After you descend the mountain, the first destination is Wat Chedi Luang, a Lanna-style chedi that was once one of the tallest structures in ancient Chiang Mai

View a collection of classic Lana art and explore an old library at Wat Phra Singh, or Temple of the Lion Buddha

Wandering around the gardens at Wat Suan Dok, flower Garden Temple, where you can check out a 500-year-old bronze Buddha statue, one of the largest in Thailand

Day 5 Chiang Mai – Half-day Elephant Natural Park (Join tour)

Morning 

Enjoy a half-day morning visit to Elephant Nature Park, a rescue and rehabilitation center for elephants, as well as many other rescued animals

Spend half-day observing and hearing about the story of rescued and orphaned elephants

Support the regional projects and provide ongoing/ future care for their herd

Day 6 Chiang Mai – Fly to Hanoi

Morning

You will be taken to Chiang Mai Airport for your journey to Hanoi. Your tour guide will wait for you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Note: Although the standard check-in time for hotels in Hanoi is 14:00, you can arrive early for an extra fee

Day 7 Hanoi half-day city tour – Night train to Lao Cai

Morning

Have breakfast at your hotel and prepare for a sightseeing day in Hanoi's capital.

8:00: Our guide will meet you at the lobby and start taking visit top-rated historical Hanoi landmarks on the car or motorbike up to your interest. 

  • Drop in Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam, symbolizes Confucianism during the Ly Dynasty and is the birthplace of many outstanding individuals in Vietnam across many generations.
  • Continue to Ba Dinh Square, where you can admire Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and listen to our guide’s narration about a significant historical event in Vietnam, the day President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence on this square.
  • Stroll along poetic Thanh Nien road and pop in the sixth-century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Here, take lots of photos as the architecture and beautiful setting of the temple in the middle of West Lake will make you fall in love.

Note: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum closes on Monday and Friday and renovates inside from June to August every year. During the renovation, visitors can't join the tour ceremony but still take pictures outside and visit the surrounding area. 

Afternoon 

Rest and have a tasty lunch at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Then walk back to your hotel to refresh.

Evening

Sunshine tour guide will pick you up at 21:00 from your hotel at Hanoi railway station and take an overnight train to Lao Cai. It is a great way to see the scenery outside uniquely.

Day 8 Lao Cai – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van

Morning 

Arrive at Lao Cai Railway Station around 5:30 - 6:00. Wake up early and take a deep breath of fresh Northwest Vietnam. Then we will be taken on a one-hour bus ride uphill to the picturesque town of Sapa. During this time, you can rest or glimpse the wonderful Sapa through the bus window and enjoy the view of the mountains and the floppy clouds like cotton candy in the early morning.

Stop at your hotel in Sapa town to leave your big luggage and have a light breakfast before the trekking challenge. 

After your energy is fully charged, our local guide meets you at the hotel and starts the trekking journey.

Walk along trails 6km toward Lao Chai village, a gem hidden in Muong Hoa Valley, where you may meet and learn more about the customs and culture of Giay and the Black Hmong ethnicities. 

Through 3km at the foot of the slope from this village, you will see a glimpse of the wild and beautiful Y Linh Ho village on the mountainside, surrounded are beautiful terraced fields that have existed for a long time, also watch weaving fabric and textiles long traditional.

Take a rest and try the specialties of Northwest Vietnam for lunch. 

Afternoon

Having a full recharge, we continue heading to the second point on our trekking trip, Ta Van village, a neighboring village in a foggy cloud. It not only has rustic beauty with wooden houses among immense terraced fields. We are also lucky to meet the Giay community when walking through a rattan bridge swaying in the wind. These are truly unforgettable moments you can't find in the city zone.

Finish discovering the unique villages, we trek back to Sapa town to check in the hotel. You can spend the rest of the day relaxing after a long excursion in the morning to refresh yourself before beginning your evening in Sapa Town with street food or indigenous people’s performance.

Day 9 Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai – Hanoi

Morning

Enjoy a chilling atmosphere with breakfast at the hotel and process check out before setting off on our second trekking day. 

Today the trekking path is lighter. Depart to Cat Cat village, around 3km from the town, and immerse ourselves in the breathtaking waterfall and the ruins of a hydroelectric power plant built by the French during their colonial rule in Vietnam.

Afternoon

Trek 2km more to Sin Chai Village on the roof of Fansipan Mountain promises to bring you beautiful sceneries that could make the toughest soul melt away.

Back to the main road for 3km, a jeep will drive to Sapa town. Take last minutes to admire the wonderful glimpse of Sapa, then get on a 6-hour road transfer to Hanoi by shuttle bus. Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi in the early morning and have a tight sleep after check-in.

Day 10 Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cruise

Morning 

8:00 - 8:30: A luxury limousine will pick you up at your hotel after fulfilling breakfast at World Heritage Site Halong Bay. You can relax for 2,5 hours on transfer before starting the trip. We will have a stop halfway.

Upon arrival at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Halong, you will be warmly greeted by cruise staff and do check-in quickly. Transfer to a speedboat to get the cruise, and the cruise manager will give you some exciting bay stories during this time. 

Embark cruise at 12:15, and receive a friendly welcome smile from the captain and cruise crew with a welcome drink. Please check in your room, and a delicious lunch is ready at the restaurant. 

Enjoy lunch while admiring thousands of limestones and islets on the sparkling green water. 

Afternoon

When your energy is in full charge, engage in water activities that bring you closer to the bay's natural beauty. Depending on each cruise itinerary, you will conquer the island's peak, caving and kayaking through islets and caves. 

Return to the cruise, have a short rest and try your cooking skill Vietnam cuisine with the chef or sip on cocktails while waiting for charming dusk down in Happy hour, “Buy 01 get 01 drink,” at 17:00 - 17:30 

Evening

A deluxe dinner is served at the restaurant.

This night on the cruise is more vibrant, with activities like squid fishing, watching movies, battle wits with board games, and night bars.

Day 11 Halong Bay – Hanoi – Fly to Hue

Morning

6:00: Early birds who want to improve their health can practice Tai Chi Class or just feel the fresh air from your room. Then a light breakfast is prepared enough to recharge to continue the excursion. 

Discover more spots to understand the lifestyle in the fishing village or chill out and swim under the water. Back to the cruise and refresh with the last complete brunch. Please process the check out at 10:00 - 10:30 while cruising towards the pier.

Transfer to a speedboat to get to the pier, say goodbye to the captain and cruise crew, and arrive at the port around 11:15.

Afternoon 

Our driver transfer you directly to the Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue.

Evening

Landing at Hue airport, our transfer pick you up for check-in and bask after a long day.

Day 12 Hue Half-day City Tour

Morning

8:00: Join a half-day tour sightseeing the tranquil ancient capital of Vietnam 

Thien Mu Pagoda lies on a hill overlooking the picturesque Perfume River. 

Visit Imperial Citadel, the former capital of Vietnam, during the Nguyen dynasty.

Go shopping at Dong Ba Market, the largest commercial center in Hue.

Day 13 Hue – Danang – Hoi An – Road transfer

Morning 

Finish your breakfast and process check out at the hotel. 

8:00: Transfer to Da Nang via Cloudy Pass by shuttle bus or private car. On the way, we will stop at some spots for sightseeing as Hai Van Gate, the lonely pine tree, and turtle rock (there can be a bit of a surcharge).

Arrive at Da Nang City Center, and we continue to drive to Hoi An and check-in at the hotel.

Day 14 Hoi An Half-day City Tour

Morning / Afternoon

A peaceful morning in Hoi An starts with a full breakfast at your hotel

Around 8:00 / 13:00: Please be ready at the lobby, and our guide will pick you up for a walking tour through antique alleys and streets. Cross several old houses, witness how historical elements of the town merge with modernity and see the daily lives of local people along Thu Bon River. 

Stop by the Japanese Covered Bridge, a symbol of this ancient town that you should not miss, and listen to the story of the bridge’s architectural changes over many years of history.

The next stop is Fujian Assembly Hall of Chinese, worship of Chinese who settled in Hoi An in the 17th century from Fujian in China.

Then let’s go shopping at a handicraft store, where the creation of most notable souvenirs in town is entirely handmade, and buy some of them to bring back to your hometown.

Return to your hotel, say goodbye to our guide, and chill out in your free time.

Day 15 Hoi An – Da Nang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City – Ho Chi Minh Half-Day City Tour

Morning 

After full recharge with breakfast, please process check out your room, and our driver will transfer you to Da Nang Airport to catch the flight to Ho Chi Minh City

When you arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh, our transfer will take you to the hotel for check-in and refreshments for this afternoon's city sightseeing. 

Afternoon

Get ready at the lobby, and our guide will spend the day with you visiting the city with many historical landmarks recounting the history of the Pearl of the Far East once.

  • The first stop on our trip is Reunification Palace, formerly the official residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam, which shows the period of French colonialism through the architecture of the building you will admire
  • Set off on War Remnants Museum, the oldest museum in the city containing precious artifacts about the brutality of the Vietnam War.
  • Get to Saigon Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral, with the French colonial architecture listed as the most iconic and oldest buildings in this bustling city.
  • Keep your soul peaceful and pray in Jade Emperor Pagoda, a historic Chinese temple with brightly colored decorative designs.

NOTE: The Notre Dame Cathedral is under renovation until 2027.

Wander at a local market, where you can practice your bargaining skills while shopping from sandals to a beautiful silk Ao Dai, and consider purchasing a souvenir there. Return to your hotel around 12:30 and say goodbye to the guide after an exciting morning.

Day 16 Mekong Delta Full-day Tour

Morning

Have breakfast at the hotel, and around 08:00, and our guide will meet you at the lobby for the full-day discovery of the Mekong Delta. 

Drive to Ben Tre Province and on board to cruise along Ham Luong River as it flows entirely through Ben Tre. On the stream, you will have time to admire mangrove forests and the daily life of locals around here. 

After sightseeing on board, we visit a coconut processing workshop then slake with tasty fruit and tea in a mat-weaving house.

Continue to experience “xe loi” (a kind of motorized rickshaw) drive into the fruit orchards, and lush agricultural products appear in front of your sights before delighting in lunch. 

A specialty meal will be served for lunch at a riverside restaurant. 

Afternoon

After lunch, prepare your camera for the next sampan boat trip to discover narrow canals. You will have 10 -15 minutes to sail through the magnificent mangroves. 

Around 17:00, back at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for relaxing

Day 17 Ho Chi Minh City – Fly to Siem Reap

Morning

8:00: Have breakfast at the hotel, and our driver pick you up and transfer you to the airport to fly to Siem Reap. After arriving at Siem Reap airport, you will be picked up and transferred directly to the hotel. Check-in and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 18 Siem Reap – Ta Prohm – Angkor Wat – Phnom Bakheng

Morning 

8:00: Meet our guide after your energy is well-prepared with breakfast and head to the Angkor Temple complex

  • First, we visit Ta Prohm Temple, only one temple embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers to have attractive photos in your travel album. 
  • Head to the antique capital of Angkor Thom, starting from the South Gate with its giant statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk.
  • Explore the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

Contemplate the World Heritage Site, Angkor Wat, the most famous temple on the plain of Angkor, you will learn about the authentic ancient Khmer architecture through five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. 

Conquer the peak of Phnom Bakheng mountain to catch the charming dusk when the sun starts going down.

Day 19 Siem Reap Departure

Freely unwind during the last moments with breakfast and check out. Our driver will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
