Half Day: Old Quarter - Red River - Co Loa

Morning/Afternoon

8:00/13:00: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

It’s time to embark on an exciting trip by visiting an 800-year-old ancient village and get a taste of rural life.

Subsequently, let’s pay a visit to a bonsai garden, where you’ll have a chance to gain valuable insights into this intricate art form and take in the breathtaking plant sculptures on display.

You’ll also have a chance to sightsee a Vietnamese family that dates back 200 years and have some pastries and tea as you talk to the members of the family with the assistance of translation from the tour guide.

Continue our journey by traveling through the tranquil banana and vegetable plantations of the Red River.

Afterward, get off the usual route and travel through verdant rice paddies on the way to a gravel road that will lead us to the Co Loa fortress shrine.

As our adventure draws to a close, we'll make a stop at a charming restaurant located in the heart of the town. Here, you'll be able to savor the exquisite flavors of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and indulge in the local specialty, egg coffee, before returning to your accommodation.
