Tour Plan
Morning & Afternoon
You will be transferred by coach from Siem Reap to Kampong Cham and have lunch en route. Embark on the Victoria Mekong and meet the whole crew.Â
After settling into your cabin, let's immerse ourselves in relaxing activities onboard and watch the first sunset over the mighty Mekong.
Evening
The staff opened an insightful lecture about Cambodia and some basic Khmer phrases. Meanwhile, dinner is prepared for our first night stay onboard.
Morning
The day starts with an Angkor Ban village tour. We might encounter a lot of wooden stilt houses standing in the tranquil atmosphere there.Â
Then we will return for lunch on board.
Afternoon
Reach the Silk Island by three-wheeled tuk-tuk and start attending a comprehensive lesson about silk weaving, the process of it from worm to loom. We especially have a chance to observe local families weaving the iconic Cambodian krama.
Morning
After breakfast, guests proceed on a walking tour of Koh Chen village, with the highlight being a visit with a local copper and silversmith.Â
Then, we take a bus to Oudong, Cambodia's former capital, as well as visit the intriguing Vipassana Dhura Meditation Center midway. Savor your meal on board, and then spend some time unwinding in your cabin.
Afternoon
After the relaxing session, ride a pedal-powered cyclo to the exquisite Raffles Hotel Le Royal and get a specialty drink at the renowned Elephant Bar.
Evening
Make your way back to the ship for supper and evening entertainment. The ship docks overnight in Phnom Penh.
Morning
Today is a profound one-day journey through Phnom Penh's cultural and historical gems.
Begin the trip at the opulent Royal Palace, a symbol of Cambodia's grandeur. Explore the intricately designed buildings and lush gardens that surround the residence of the royal family.
Continue to delve into the Silver Pagoda complex. Marvel at the glittering floor, adorned with thousands of silver tiles, and discover the precious artifacts and Buddha statues.
Then, immerse yourself in Cambodia's past at the National Museum, which houses an extensive collection of Khmer art and artifacts, to gain insights into the nation's cultural evolution and artistic legacy.
Afternoon
Get close to Choeung Ek and the haunting Killing Fields. Visiting there, tourists can feel the sobering reminders of Cambodia's tragic history, exploring the site's poignant exhibits.Â
EveningÂ
Back to the cruise for a sumptuous dinner and a charming performance of Apsara dancing. We spend the night in Phnom Penh.
Morning
For those early birds, you can start the day with an exercise on the sky deck before joining others in the restaurant for breakfast.
The following activity is up to your preference, mini-golf tournament or freely enjoying your sightseeing on deck, while our cruise is crossing the border between Cambodia and Vietnam.
Afterwards, we will have a delightful lunch onboard.
Afternoon
Travel to the local market by local rickshaw. Then the expedition continues to the colorful temples, which are the spiritual centers for local residents.Â
Evening
We better get back to the ship on time because there is a traditional Vietnamese lion dance waiting. After that, passengers will have dinner, relax for a peaceful evening, or partake in some entertainment activities.Â
The ship will be anchored at Vam Nao overnight.
Morning
A leisurely breakfast awaits you in Phu Tan, the provincial capital of An Giang in the Mekong Delta.Â
Stop by a village to see an artisan village known for handcrafting Ca Rang clay stoves, which have been used for centuries to block the wind, maintain heat, and prevent ash from scattering.
The ship cruises on throughout lunch before anchoring at Tiger Island.
Afternoon
Tourists will board a sampan and explore Tiger Island on a three-wheeled "xe loi," learning about cottage businesses like plant pot building and incense production.
We would see Mr. Tiger's Temple and discover the legend that gave the island its name.
Evening
Return to the ship in time for the cocktail competition and the evening’s leisure time following.
Morning & Afternoon
The morning kicks off slowly as we head to the provincial capital of Long Xuyen. Transfer to the tender to visit the Long Xuyen floating market and the An Giang Museum. This museum showcases fascinating exhibitions of local minority communities, such as Kinh, Chinese, Khmer, and Cham cultures.
While tourists relax and have lunch, the ship proceeds to travel to the Dinh Yen Village, which is known for colorful straw mats woven on mechanized looms.
We make a stop at the local house that has spent many years mastering making tofu skin.
Evening
Once back on board, the ship heads towards Can Tho, the bustling center of the Mekong Delta.Â
You can enjoy a traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performance known as "don ca tai tu". Can Tho is where you'll spend the night.
