ITINERARY:
Day 01:
Hanoi Arrival
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport (Please inform the arrivla flight no and time!), pick up to City for check in. Free for a walking around the old city. Night in Hanoi.

Day 02:
Hanoi City Tour - Lao Cai (B/L)
Today, at 08h15am - 8h30am, we will start a full day trip to discover the most famous historical sites. The first place Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, then the house on stilts from which "Uncle Ho" ruled Vietnam until his death in 1969. We'll also view the Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda, and the fascinating display of memorabilia in the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Next we visit Hanoi's first University - the Temple of Literature - dating back to 1070. After that, drive back to Ngoc Son temple situated among the Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy the scenery of the lake sides. In the evening, at 20h00, drive to the station for a night train to Lao cai. Night on train.

Day 03:
Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B/L)
Morning pick up at station and drive up to Sapa - a foggy highland town. Enjoy a trekking trail to down to the bottom of the valley via many paddy fields with a visit at Lao Chai and Tavan Villages. Time for discovering the daily lives before return Sapa town. Night in Sapa.

Day 04:
Sapa - Cat Cat Village - Water Fall - Sin Chai (B/L)
With the morning walking down to Cat Cat village of H'mong people to discover the daily lives, tradition, culture and custom, visit Cat Cat waterfall and an old French Hydro Power Station. Next we will continue trekking to Sin Chai village for a wild and remote minority village. Finally, drive back Sapa for overnight.

Day 05:
Sapa - Silver Water Fall - Tram Ton Peak - Dine Bien Phu City (B/L)
Today, we will depart for Dien Bien Phu, on the way, stop for visit Silver water fall and then Tram Ton – Mountain peak of Indochina mountain range. Check in on arrival and then spend time for visit the battlefields. You see the museum of Dien Bien with exhibits collected during the fiercest war in Indochina during the 1950s, then we visit the vestiges of bunkers and fortified stations of over 16,000 French Expeditionary troops (including Elliane Hill and De Castries bunkers…). You will also be able to see the headquarter of Vietnamese army (Viet Minh) which lies some 30km away. And finally you will understand why the French lost here and ended their attempt to control Indochina. You will visit A1 hill, Muong Thanh bridge. Night in Dien Bien Phu.

Morning drive to the Tay Trang border. Upon arrival at border then you will be met our guide and we drive to Muang Khuang for Overnight.

Day 07:
Muang Khua – Nong Khiow (B)
After breakfast, we then drive to Nong Khiow and on the way stop for visiting some hill tribe villages and we’ll reached Nong Khiow by late afternoon and check in hotel then free at leisure time. Overnight in Nong Kiow.

Day 08:
Nong Khiow - Luang Prabang (B/L) - Boat
Today we continue our boat adventure down the Nam Ou, enjoying the lush green forests and landscape. We will be able to stop off at a few villages and admire the breathtaking limestone karst scenery. Along the way we stop to visit the mysterious caves of Pak Ou, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by devoted pilgrims. We continue our trip down the river to the UNESCO World Heritage City of Luang Prabang, which we shall reach by late afternoon. End services.
